Miniland shall send the products from the distribution warehouse from where the products shall be sent whose final destination shall be the address that you have determined. Each time you are going to send an order, you will receive an e-mail.
The purchase price pertaining to the order will be available at the Miniland Website once payment has been confirmed which you can view via the link: "My orders", after sending an e-mail. Miniland will ask you to choose the place of delivery and you must specify your address, office or centre where you wish the product to be delivered.
Miniland shall inform the customer about the order leaving the distribution warehouse by sending an e-mail, also providing the customer with a phone number in order to be informed about the status of your order.
Each delivery shall be deemed to have been made as from the making available of the product to the customer by the shipper, put into effect by the control system used by the shipper. It falls to the recipient to verify the order at the time of delivery and to then make any reservations and claims that are justified, also having the possibility to refuse the parcel if this has been opened or if there are clear signs of deterioration.
Any reservations and claims must be addressed to Miniland by e-mail or the Website.
Returns In addition to the 7-day returns warranty, customers residing in the European Union will have the right of withdrawal/return within seven business days.
