Miniland shall inform the customer about the order leaving the distribution warehouse by sending an e-mail, also providing the customer with a phone number in order to be informed about the status of your order. Each delivery shall be deemed to have been made as from the making available of the product to the customer by the shipper, put into effect by the control system used by the shipper. It falls to the recipient to verify the order at the time of delivery and to then make any reservations and claims that are justified, also having the possibility to refuse the parcel if this has been opened or if there are clear signs of deterioration.
